Trainee Teacher
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Trainee Teachers. This internship offers aspiring educators hands-on experience in a real classroom setting, working under the guidance of experienced faculty. Trainee Teachers will assist in lesson planning, classroom management, student engagement, and administrative tasks, while gaining valuable insights into the teaching profession.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in delivering lessons across assigned subjects and grade levels
- Support students with learning activities, assignments, and classroom discussions
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Prepare teaching materials and resources under supervision
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
- Observe and learn effective teaching strategies and classroom techniques
- Provide feedback and reflections on teaching experiences
- Maintain records of student progress and attendance as required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education or related field
- Strong communication, patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching
- Prior tutoring, volunteering, or classroom exposure is a plus but not mandatory
- Proficient in English & Marathi / Hindi.
